Ragdoll Kittens in Virginia

We are a Ragdoll cattery located in Fort Valley, Virginia on the stunning and expansive 90 ace Glenmont Farm. We are breeders of beautiful Ragdoll cats that make wonderful, loving and healthy companions. All of our cats live with us in the house and our kittens are socialized heavily before leaving our cattery. We register all of our kittens with TICA and can provide references from many happy clients that we’ve had over the years we have been breeding. Many people who have bought a kitten from us come back to get a second!

We have kittens available several times a year. Our kittens are produced from health tested parents, who are free of HCM and PKD, which are the most common genetic diseases in Ragdolls. Each of our breeding cats gets a full Wisdom Panel done, which screens them for 50 genetic diseases and for their purebred Ragdoll DNA.

Our Ragdoll kittens are given top quality care to ensure a seamless transition into their new home life. Before going home with you, our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated, and socialized to people and dogs. They will also go home with a month of free pet insurance through Trupanion. We are breeders of traditional Ragdoll cats, and strive to maintain the best elements of the breed. We select for the ideal temperaments in the parents but also correct bone structure and coat types. We love the Ragdoll breed and take the responsibility of breeding very seriously. We have been breeders of purebred Ragdolls since 2017 after falling in love with the personality and look of these cats.

Ragdolls are the epitome of a “family cat”. Their lovely fluffy coats and unique markings make them stand out. True Ragdolls have an extremely affectionate and docile temperament. We breed our cats to maintain the friendliness and affability that these cats are known for. Preserving this element of the breed through careful selection means we can uphold the standards of these cats.

We believe that cats make incredible and versatile companions for people and can bond intensely with their owners. We have found that Ragdolls are especially good at this. Their docile and loving nature makes them the perfect pet for a variety of situations. The Ragdoll temperament is much like a dog in the way that they will follow you around and want to join in on whatever you are doing. Many of our cats even enjoy fetching and belly rubs! They are truly amazing companions and we love sharing the delight of owning this breed with people.
